UFC champion Georges St. Pierre has one of the most unique training workouts in the sport, utilizing gymnastics to help keep his body in shape.
St. Pierre and trainer Patrick Beauchamp, of the Club IMCO Gymnastique in Montreal, Canada allowed Yahoo! Sports exclusive access to GSP’s workout routine.
Here’s a look at St.Pierre’s gymnastics workout regimen:
• Warmup drills
• Ab work
• Vertical chair
• Tuck plant
• Tress 2-hand stand
• Ab stretches
• Scapular retraction
• Parallel bars
• Swinging dips
• Rings
• Tumbling drills
In addition, St. Pierre goes through intense training in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the watchful eye of trainer Firas Zahabi who runs the Tristar Gym in Montreal.
